Hello, I'm Mrs. Olaleye Oluwakemi Temitayo, and I have dedicated my career to shaping young minds and supporting the growth of teachers. My journey in education began in 2005 when I earned my NCE from Oyo State College of Education, Oyo. In 2017, I furthered my studies with a B.Ed from The West African Union University, Cotonou (Affiliated Centre, Ibadan), which deepened my passion for creating meaningful learning experiences. Today, I proudly serve as the Head Teacher, where my commitment is to foster a positive school culture that promotes both teacher growth and improved outcomes for every child. I believe strongly in collaboration, innovation, and the power of data-driven decision-making to transform teaching and learning. For me, leading a school is not just about administration, it is about nurturing a community where pupils can thrive, and teachers are supported to reach their full potential. Beyond my professional role, I enjoy reading educational books that broaden my perspective, mentoring both pupils and teachers to encourage growth and development, and unwinding with good music outside of work. These hobbies keep me grounded and continually remind me of the joy in both learning and living. My greatest passion is creating an environment where every child feels supported to learn, grow, and shine, because I believe every child deserves the opportunity to become the very best version of themselves.
